Paid for membership but can't use as app crashes when I try to load card. Will cancel.
Rubbish app. Fails to start or starts and then crashes. Abandoned this and GS as it would never work when required in a restaurant, therefore totally useless. I once had a card for about four years - that worked fine.
Major let down. Definitely do not pay for this app. I have it free through Lloyds and want to request that they remove it completely. Most restaurants, despite being listed, do not accept the card. It would be great to be able to review restaurants through the app as well, other than just the website. This is just a money making app for the makers, there is no dedicated team behind it as I have left reviews and they have not been published. Disappointing.

Waste of time. Was in a restaurant who said they accepted gourmet but app wouldn't work. 2nd time in a week. Embarrassing. Should go back to gourmet society card!!
Useless! I get it for free through my bank and I still feel out of pocket. Terrible choice for shopping, takeaway and restaurants. Never any weekend discounts. They need better incentives for the restaurants and a better account management process to bring in more selection.
I bought cinema tickets, and it was a good job I took a screenshot of the codes as they disappear and I can not find them on the app (my previous orders and active orders are not displayed in the app) and I did not recieve email confirmation.
I've had this via my Lloyds Account for three years. Never used it, the app lacks innovation compared to others e.g JustEat, UberEats, Deliveroo. I get this 'free', and don't recommend it. 1000% would not pay for it.
